Can 75mg of hydroxyzine harm/kill me? today i took 75mg after the 50mg didnt put me to sleep. it has caused very weird side effects like pain in the arms, pain in the legs, and my head feels bad. should i be concerned?

The maximum recommended dose of hydroxyzine in 24 hours is 100 mgs. I don't recognize those symptoms as side effects of hydroxyzine but they could be idiosyncratic effects, that is for you. Revert to the prior dose of 50 mgs. If these symptoms recur or aren't helping you sleep, notify your prescribing physician and obtain instructions.
