My daughter has 8.5yrs, she is is 141cm heigh and has 47kg. doc saw greasy liver on ultrasound, can it be reversed with lifestyle or is it forever? should she be tested for a1c and tsh ?

Yes, she is obese so she needs to lose weight with diet and exercise. If fatty liver is mild then it can be reversible. If there are no clinical symptoms or signs to suggest diabetes mellitus or hypothyroidism then further testing may not be indicated. Good luck to your daughter.

Hi doc, i have TSH 2.660 and FT4 is 14.2. is it okay? My ultrasound also says that I have thyroid parenchymal disease. Does it mean I have goiter?
How does the doc know that my hypothyroidism was caused by hasimoto's? I had an ultrasound done (no nodules), and TSH blood test, then he concluded.
