3 year old patient presents with seizure like symptoms. Abnormal bilateral upward vertical eye movement, irrational behavior, loss of balance, slurred speech, confusion. Brain mri normal, bloodwork normal, cant get eeg. What could this be?
If I had 2 normal EEGs and one normal MRI and my Dr. discontinued Keppra is this why I just had seizure or should I suspect syncope. ?

I have had eeg, mri, etc. Eeg was slightly abnorma-put me on keppra (levetiracetam). What other tests can they put me thru-i think I have both syncope & seizures.
