You should see your eye doctor because this could be an eye infection. The twitching could have been a sign of inflammation or irritation, both of which can happen with an infection. Now, with blurry vision and burning, an infection or irritation could indeed be present. So, see your eye doctor to evaluate your eye. Good luck!
