There are several possible treatments, but you should not decide on any particular type until you have seen a dermatologist or other knowledgeable expert. Among other things, professional assessment is wise to assure the recurrent lesion is a simple wart and not cancer or a pre-cancerous lesion. (Even cancer almost certainly would not be serious, but needs different or more intensive treatment.)
