Bleach will be the best option if your glasses can handle that; otherwise, leave it alone for a couple days, HPV less likely survives on a dry surface for more than 2 days.

Without knowing what your frames or lenses are made up, this is difficult to answer. You should start by washing them thoroughly with soap and water and allowing to air dry. That would probably be sufficient. If you are able to contact the people from whom you've bought the glasses, they may be able to guide you to appropriate chemical disinfectants.
