Wart: in a 2 year old on the hand may be a callous with possible foreign body using strong chemicals that can spread and injure him try covering the wart with a small peice of duct tape and cover it with bandage so he does not take it out for 4-5 days it may then just peel out if not take him to a dermatologist so he can freeze it
