Whether or not anything is wrong or treatment is needed depends on how many WBC (leukocytes) are present and whether this is a continuing problem. Elevated WBC on a single urinalysis often means nothing significant at all. Probably it has nothing to do with your spouse's Covid. Discuss with the doctor who ordered the test. Good luck.
