Tiny brown flakes in urine (occasional and 1-2 flakes), went to urgent care to get urine test and found white blood cells and no infection. ive been drinking a lot of water so ive been urinating frequently but have no other symptoms. what is this?

If you only had a urine culture & haven't had a complete urinalysis including a.microscopic examination of the sediment, I recommend having one for completeness. Flaky substances in urine can be from casts of red blood cells or of other abnormal cells,parts of cells or parts of tissue.

With hydration it should clear up. If it does not pl see a Urologist for evaluation as fuether testing might be needed. Good luck
