Hi ! i tested positive for chlamydia a month ago , i took the treatment and everything was fine . i since used a vibrator that i forgot i used with the person who gave me chlamydia. is it possible to have reinfected myself ??

Little or no risk. Objects like vibrators can spread STIs only if used immediately by different people and still wet with their genital fluids. Chlamydia can't survive being dry for more than a few minutes. And probably the vibrator has been cleaned in the meantime as well.
