Recent ekg borderline abnormal: vent rate 113 atrial rate 113, pr-qrsd-qt 136/86/324, qtip calc 444ms, p-r-t 69/ 1/31. what is abnormal about these results. is it an early indication of anything important?

Are there any comments about the morphology of the P waves, QRS complexes, ST segments or of the T waves? I assume the mentioned numbers for P-R-T refer to their electrical axis. Other than the rapid heart rate of 113 ( normal is 60-100), indicating sinus tachycardia,I see no other abnormalities here.
