Unlike computer interpretations ,when we officially interpret EKGs we very rarely use the conclusion "normal" unless every aspect of the tracing is perfectly normal. Your EKG can't be labelled normal because the QRS interval is borderline prolonged (over 10 seconds). However, since it's borderline, I would comment on the QRS interval & label your EKG " Probably Within Normal Limits". My training!
