Trace to small amount of leukocytes in the urine is common anytime in a lot of women. It is often also because it was not truly a "clean catch" on collection. When this occurs, it is not necessary to be treated with antiobiotics, just need to drink plenty of water and stay well hydrated and urinate frequently.
