Trust ur doctor: If u had a urine ; blood work that had only le 1+ with no wbcs or other indication of infection, then likely you do not have a clinically significant inftn. Repeating the test will recheck this and should reassure you. Worst case scenario, a mild bladder inftn is simply managed w/oral abx.

Not to worry: The urine dip test is only a screening test. In women, it is not unusual to find a small quantity of leukocyte esterase in the urine which can be from vaginal contamination. A urine culture is the definitive test for urinary tract infection. In the worst case scenario if you culture is positive, a short course of antibiotic is usually all that is needed to cure it.
