I was caring for hiv+ person with undetectable viral load. i wore gown, gloves, and shield. after i washed hands and used hand sanitizer. after leaving the building i tore a cuticle on my finger which bled. any risk for transmission? i have anxiety?

Zero risk. Even unprotected sex cannot transmit HIV when viral load is undetectable. And this would have been no risk even if he had a high viral load. Do not get tested for HIV. (Presumably "caring for" means you're a health professional? If so, you need to educate yourself about infection risks and infection control procedures!)
