STIs are not transmitted by fingering or other hand-genital contact. Even if genital fluids are used for lubrication, not enough bacteria or virus is carried over for infection to take hold. And exposure to saliva is always zero risk, which is why oral sex is so safe, with rare STI transmission. No worries at all for this event!
