Hello doc. we found a baby puppy and brought it to our house. my 3 years old daughter let her hands lick to the puppy, after that she also lick her hands. is this safe?

Not safe if the dogs have worms or other parasites. As you know dogs lick their hind ends after defecating.

First trip should be at the vet and having the puppy assessed and treated in case needed. Second, if worries are about rabies, that is not possible if the puppy is not sick and without an actual bite. All other infections from the “dirty hands” registry remain however possible and are common for your daughter’s age with and without a puppy.
