These are well within the normal range and the variation is not significant. Tests done hours apart can also vary to a similar degree as a function of the testing equipment.

Hi I have an elevated ast (sgot) at 36.1u/l. The reference range for the lab I used is below 35 u/l. But another lab I have seen has a reference range up to 40 u/l. So am I out of range or not ? And is it something to be concerned about ? Thank you?
