Liver or muscle: most often it reflects an irritation of the liver by mediction, alcohol, or nsaids like ibuprofen sometimes fatty liver (fat buildup in the liver) from poorly controlled diabetes can cause that. also, enough muscle injury can cause a rise in the blood level, but you should feel achy muscles lastly it could come from the kineys but you have no symptoms for that.
