Hello, i had an intercouse on 4th day of my period, he did not ejaculate in me.i did in the hospital a beta hcg blood test 15 days after intercouse and it was 0.1, 22 days after intercouse i took a urine test and it was negative.should i take again?

In this scenario you do not have to repeat tests- no semen entered the vagina- no pregnancy also tests neg.
