Depends on context: Any healthy 7yo who begins to feel nauseated and shaky at the onset of an illness is likely to be scared and worried about what's happening with their body. Their developmental constructs at that age perceive of magical good or bad things, so the unexplained events can be big in their mind. In the absence of other signs of illness, this can be a faint or reaction to frightful event.

Workup.mgt: I would recommend that he be seen for a complete neurologic examination. In addition, your physician may consider infectious causes. Monitor your child's temperature, and observe for any headache, neck stiffness and problems with balance.
