Contact the doctor: If the leg weakness and tremors started after the epidural injection you should immediately contact the doctor who performed the procedure. If you have difficulty contacting that doctor, contact your primary care physician or whomever referred you for the epidural.

Get follow up: Epidural steroid ("cortisone") shots in the low back are commonly performed for pain and and leg complaints. If a leg becomes weaker this may mean that a nerve is being compressed, and it is important to have that evaluated by an expert. You have several choices, including returning to the doctor who did your epidural, your primary doctor, a physiatrist, or a spine surgeon (ortho or neuro).
