I have a left maxillary mucus retention cyst 3cm. ive been having severe pressure in my cheeks and the roof of my mouth as well my eye and into my neck for 7 days straight. the pain is worse on the right. could the left cyst be causing this pain?

Is it possible this is not just a cyst but probably you also have sinusitis and you may benefit from antimicrobial. You may want to have your clinician evaluate this more and probably have ENT evaluation for intervention beyond antimicrobial. Decrease in inflammation may also reduce the pain and in the main time may use non steroidal antiinflammatory medication if not contraindicated.
