How concerned should i be with an acending aortic dilation of 3 with no value disease, and ef of 47%, and mild hypokinesia in 3 in areas of my left ventricle? can this be reversed or at least prevent further dilation?

For your age I believe that an ascending aortic root diameter of 3 cm is within normal range. I assume your aortic valve has no pathology that causes progressive widening of the aortic root as years go on. Your mildly low LV EF of 47 combined with hypokinesia in 3 zones of the LV indicate some cardiomyopathy. Keep BP 130/80 or lower to prevent further aortic root dilation. I assume you don't smoke
