Just observe them for now, no need for immediate medical attention unless they get bigger or become symptomatic. You can tell your doctor in the next routine visit about those if they persist. Take care.

Two possibilities are localized nonpitting edema or gaps under the skin from old muscle trauma. If you wish to pursue this further, a physician, general surgeon or a vascular surgeon could examine and advise you. At this time it doesn't appear to be a serious issue.
