Not sure if im in the right place for this quesiton but im having problems with my penis. i get itchy red and swollen glands and head for about 4-5 days, it goes away for maybe a week and a half, then comes back and repeats?

More info needed. Does "glands" mean enlarged lymph nodes nearby, or is it a typo for "glans" (head of the penis)? Any open sores? Are you circumcised? If uncircumcised, this sounds like recurrent balanitis, i.e. inflammation under the foreskin. It can be bacterial infection, yeast, or just suboptimal hygiene. See a dermatologist or urologist. Probably not herpes or any other STD. Good luck.

Sounds like a recurrent infection which needs to be examined then treated. Pl see your doc or a Urologist right away
