I have been treated with pinworms, and after probably getting reinfected (now treated) i have been feeling itchiness in my nose. been reading scary things on the internet; can the two of these be related?

Very unlikely. Pinworms lay eggs over perianal area and moves around, infrequently into adjacent structures such as urethra, vagina, and salpinx. Migration into nostrils hasn’t been recorded.
