Small white worms: Yes you can see them in stool sometimes. Thin as a pin. 1/2 inch long. Also look at childs anus at night (flashlight helps)because they come out to lay eggs. Another cause of itchy anus is strep infection .Pinworms can be treated with over the counter medication.
