Im pretty sure i have penile melanosis. i have a small black spot on the shaft of my penis. its been there for 7 years now and hasnt changed in size, faded, or gotten any darker. i just want it off of me and im wondering if there are any creams?

Your diagnosis is probably in error as most self- diagnoses are. Melanosis is patches of darkened skin. A small unchanged black spot is probably a mole. Best is to see a Urologist for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck
