Small squishy "pimple" like spot on frenulum of penis, does not pop. been there for 4+ years. any idea what it is? any treatments? (ie creams)

Here are some ...: Some men have 2-3 pimple-like spots on each side of frenulum, i.e., common benign angiofibromas, which are harmless and require no need for Rx. The best thing to do is leave them alone; don't hurt your self. If still in doubt, seek pro-evaluation and counseling.
