Any residual sperm are dead at that point. They die in minutes if not in the moist warm environment of vaginal mucus.

No. Sperms die within 10 minutes of ejaculation specially during washing. So unless you inserted the fingers with sperms on thejm inside your vagina- no chance of pregnancy
