Right after i wiped semen on my both palms with wet wipes, i immediately went to toilet, pee and then wash my vagina with my hands and water. i am afraid that semen still on my palms while i was washing my vagina.is it possible i'm at pregnancy risk?

Very unlikely but...: No, but anything's possible. Dried stuff on one's hands won't start a pregnancy. Washed hands won't start a pregnancy, with or without soap. Wet semen can start a pregnancy... so the question one must answer for herself is, "How much healthy semen went UP the vagina?" If worried, a home urine pregnancy test is very reliable by 3 weeks after sex, of 1 week after missing a normal regular period.
