Growth charts are available online. Plot the values and if the HC is in a higher percentile or if the soft spot called the anterior fontanelle is full, please discuss with your Pediatrician.

The listed measurements if accurate show a male whose 4 m symmetrical length and head circumference place both parameters at ~90% on standardized growth charts. The weight plots out at approximately 20% on standard growth charts. The numbers suggest the kid is underweight for his length and head size, which is not uncommon. All such features should be discussed with the kids doc for guidance.
