If you're experiencing feeling a pulsating artery, it would be synchronous with your pulse in the wrist or side of your neck. If it's not synchronous with your pulse, it most likely is an irritable superficial nerve or muscle in your chest wall. Apparently you're not experiencing pain. Your physician can examine you &advise you about what's causing your symptom or refer you to a proper specialist
