Im anxious: so i had brown spotting, 2 weeks before my period supposed to be. no longer sexual active by 5 months, afterwards my period came normally.now i have bad headaches, nausea,fever,stomach ache and this month my period didn't came?

There could be two different things not related. Periods can sometimes be irregular. If they dont normalize in the next phase pl see a gyn.. If the other symptoms dont respond to aspirin/ Tylenol. pl see your doc. Hope you feel better
