I assume these symptoms resolved after awhile and don't happen every morning. If it was a one time episode & you're not used to sleeping all night on your back, I feel that the spinal cord was somehow affected by prolonged positional factors &it was not a peripheral neuropathy issue or a circulation problem. If you have further concerns,I recommend consulting a neurologist for evaluation & advice.
