It is possible to spread bacterial folliculitis; however not all folliculitis is due to infection some are due to complex interplay of hormones and skin flora. The touching of an area does not spread folliculitis, it is more complex than simple touching and definitely anxiety could actually play into the spread because it affects immunity. Let go of fear and embrace a love of yourself and others.
