The average risk of HSV2 from a single exposure is under one chance in a thousand for vaginal sex, even lower with condom use; and also low for oral sex. Testing is not recommended at all after such exposures, in absence of symptoms that suggest a new HSV infection. Combining the low risk of infection plus your negative IgG result, there is no chance you were infected. No more testing needed.
