The weight training helps keep your muscles stronger so you can do the job, best not to give that up; however, it may be best to do on your days off to not over tax your muscles. Also best to make sure you do not sit for prolonged times on your job and have a stretching routine that you can do quickly a couple times per day when working. See a physical therapist to get a complete routine for you.
