You are welcome to start over and describe when it started, your sexual exposure history, attempts to treat and provide a better description of the sore. It may be that an in person exam is the only way to gain a proper diagnosis & treatment plan.

It sounds like a burst blister- but without an exam no definite diagnosis is possible and that's why a doc is needed to see examine diagnose and treat. Some things can and do heal without doctors but I cant tell you that without an exam. PL see a doc
