A member asked:

What causes bone thinning at 28yo (female?) my teeth have begun to chip away and my bones are hurting. i'm scared something will break soon. my spine is showing degeneration?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You have a condition called Osteoporosis, from a lack of calcium and vitamin D in your diet. This causes the bones to become thin and brittle. Your teeth are also affected and become brittle from lack of calcium and subject to fracture. A complete medical exam is indicated and a change in diet.
