No HIV tests are "useless", and many rapid blood tests are almost as good as lab based tests. But as noted in reply to your previous question, the oral fluids test never becomes positive in up to 5% of people with HIV. If you want a 100% conclusive test, it will be a blood test. That's just the way it is -- suck it up.
