24-hour ambulatory blood pressure shows min/max/avg sbp as 83/127/105 and min/max/avg dbp as 48/92/67 with 20% dipping. i often feel light-headed during the day. ecg/stress echo was all normal. is the variability in my blood pressure problematic?

Likely normal. Look at the diary you should have kept and see if the BP was low when you felt dizzy.
