Find a university near you that has a Physical Therapy degree and discuss with them how to become a Physical Therapist. Then work hard to achieve your goal. You could start as a Physical Therapist Assistant which is a different certification (typically 2 years at a Community College) that could allow you to make money as you become a full Physical Therapist.
