I have a vaginal/maybe bartholin cyst they did an ultrasound on it. it came back as a hypoechoic inflammatory or neoplastic complex cyst. oval circumscribed borders. no blood flow. my dr referred me to a gyno. how likely is this cancerous?

Most probably not cancerous based on the description of the cyst. Your gynecologist may approach a treatment approach or try to aspirate fluid and cells to send for testing to rule out cancer.
