I accidentally sprayed 2 puffs of m9 odor eliminator spray (2 big sprays) in my mouth thinking it was my biotene dry mouth spray. it contains phenoxyethanol in it. i rinsed my mouth and brushed my teeth and gargled. no nausea. how toxic is this?

You have not included other ingredients that may have been in what you sprayed in your mouth however very low dose of Phenoxyethanol is probably not going to harm you since I already know you did not have an anaphylactic reaction to it. It is well that you did immediately rinsed your mouth and brushed and the main thing is to be more cautious in the future.

If it was a toxic dose you would be in the ER by now. Please be more attentive in the future. Perhaps you should place the items in separate storage areas.
