If you needlestick exposure was by a drug user whose injection equipment you were using, you should be in the care of an HIV/AIDS or infectious diseases expert. If you had needle puncture for medical purposes (blood drawing, an IV medication, etc) there was zero risk for HIV and you did not need testing, and should not waste any more time or money on another test.
