Ive been noticing two symmetrical small bony bumps on the lower portion of the back of my skull (possibly the nuchal line area) and the right side is pertruding more than the left side and causing me neck pain is this something to be concerned about?

You should see your doctor and have the area examined to determine if this is your normal bone structure or if there is something that is abnormal. If there is thought to be an abnormality, a CT scan can be obtained to further help with the diagnosis. So, see your doctor. Good luck!
