It could be from your vagina or from your urinary tract, i.e. bladder or kidney. If you have diabetes mellitus, that piece of tissue can be from the kidney due to papillary necrosis. In general, should should not worry about this finding. If it recurs, get it and see your doctor. He can send the specimen for a pathology study then we may know its exact nature. Take care.

Please get your urine checked. It is hard to say what it was could also have been from the vaginal area. If recurs pl see your Gyn/Urologist Drink plenty of water
