I have eczema on my legs and i'm in the process of healing but i have a concern on certain spots of my eczema, they sometimes turn purple. please help?

Raised?: If they are flat, the scratching might have caused it. If they are raised, I would be concerned over a staph infection (folliculitis) in patient with atopic eczema which should be treated since its presence tends to worsen the eczema.
